Designed to integrate elements of restoration and reenvisioning, the Flow Retreat will give each guest access to an all-inclusive experience at the Blue Deer Residences in Tulum, Mexico. With luxury villas, multiple pools, curated plant-based meals from a private chef, daily yoga & meditation, and individual accommodations for each guest, the experience is meant to create the ultimate opportunity to relax and reflect in the company of other inspiring founders who are equally committed to cultivating conscious and value-aligned companies.

This retreat is a dedicated space for established entrepreneurs to connect with themselves and each other. The intention for the retreat is to hold space for founders to Reflect on 2023, Re-envision their business into the future, and Recreate their intentions for 2024.

While each day will differ - there will be able time for restoration and connection woven into the itinerary. At the high level, the schedule will flow as follows:
Day 1 - Guests arrive, settle in & rest, welcome dinner & opening rituals
Day 2 - A day of dedicated reflection in a workshop setting
Day 3 - A day dedicated to re-envisioning / assessing your business
Day 4 - A day dedicated to recreating your vision & setting intentions for 2024
Day 5 - Rest & integration, closing ceremony & goodbyes

The retreat pricing includes 3 meals a day prepared by a private chef that we will enjoy family style along with snacks and beverages. Our menu is being curated in consultation with an Ayurvedic expert to focus on restoring and replenishing the body, with a focus on plant-based offerings. Dietary accommodations are available for those who inquire.

Because we believe in the importance of restoration as part of the creative and strategic process, each day will offer ample time for rest, reflection, and personal quiet time. The villas have ample space for guests to get away on their own, as well as a close proximity to the beach. Additionally for those that choose to participate, each day will offer opportunities for yoga, meditation, and journaling.
