Talent. Tenacity. Curiosity.

With a dash of audacity.

Fearless Foundry was created in response to the barriers and inequities we saw holding back talented people and bold ideas. Our collective model grew from a shared belief: that work should be equitable, expertise should be valued fairly, and opportunity should be accessible to all.

Over the years, we’ve brought together strategists, creatives, and coaches from across industries - people who care deeply about challenging the status quo and building something better. Along the way, we’ve partnered with organizations and leaders in technology, sustainability, education, equity, and beyond - each collaboration shaping who we are and how we work.

The fire that forged us

We build the kind of business we believe in

What that means for everyone:

  • We custom build a team for your project - you get exactly the expertise you need

  • We ensure fair compensation for all collaborators - no exploitation, no unnecessary markup

  • We’re focused on quality over rapid growth - we're not chasing scale at the expense of our integrity or your impact

  • We create sustainable working relationships - Happy, supported people do their best work. We protect that energy, always.

Our Values

We trust our instincts and only work where values and vision genuinely connect.

Alignment

We deliver exceptional work with accountability, adaptability, and an all-in attitude.

GSD

Collaboration

Diverse minds spark the brightest ideas. We build relationships that lift everyone up.

Curiosity

We ask, we learn, we evolve. Curiosity fuels our creativity (and your results).

Consciousness

Business is never neutral. We use our work to challenge injustice and build something better.

She lives for those breakthrough moments when clients discover a beautifully simple way to communicate their true value. Marlene Mejia Weiss

Marlene enjoys discovering what makes people tick—their energy, perspectives, and the connections that bring them together. Growing up as a Filipino American, she learned how to navigate different spaces, bridge cultures and find common ground in unexpected places. With a dynamic career in marketing and communications, Marlene uses her knack for relationship-building to create meaningful impact. Now, she’s helping Fearless Foundry expand its roster of mission-driven clients and build strong community partnerships. If there’s a way to spark authentic connections and rally people around a shared goal, Marlene will find it—ensuring everyone feels heard and valued along the way.

Outside of work, Marlene is the family chauffeur, driving her boys to sports and Mr. Woofers, the family’s beloved bernedoodle, to the dog park. When she’s not behind the wheel, she’s sweating it out at hot yoga or barre—or hitting the pavement for a run.
